Have you ever wondered what or how it feels like to join a club that fits your own interests?
But what is a club?
A club is an association dedicated to a particular interest or activity. A club allows us to meet other members who are also interested in the activities or hobbies, and it can help us meet new people while exploring the depths of our interests.
Finding a club that fits your exact interests and expectations may be hard, even so — there's no harm in trying out clubs that could relate to your exact interests or trying out clubs that you think you would want to try. Even if it's your first time or maybe you've done it plenty of times. You should always work hard and try your best. When a club doesn't meet your exact expectations, you could always suggest it to the other members or the people organizing and leading that certain club on how you think you all could improve.
There are currently four clubs in Christian Legacy available for all of us Royals, starting with “The Royal Tribune”. The Royal Tribune creates a good environment for members who want to emphasize their writing, editing or even reporting skills. It could help us get creative in our choice of words, learn our potential, and share our voices through letters.
Moving on to “The Band”, the band creates a great atmosphere for students and members who love to play instruments, have a powerful voice or simply love music. You can meet other members who also love the genre of music you listen to, and meet other members who play the same instrument you do. Not only that, you would also get to perform with the new people you meet and create a beautiful harmony and melody.
Next up is the “Dance Club”, The dance club invites people who find joy or enjoy dancing. No matter if you typically like hip-hop or folk dances, you'll be able to find or meet other members who'd like the type of dance you're interested in. Besides that, you'll also be able to learn other types of forms of dancing. It could motivate you to show off your talent in dancing while enjoying it.
Lastly, a new club was added — replacing the “Arts Club”, called “Board Games Club.” As well as the other clubs, you'll be able to meet people who love the same type of games that you do. Even if it's a game where you strategize, or a game where you need to use your brain, there's always somebody who would also love to play with you because they have the same exact interest as you.
In addition, no matter what club you're in.. you'll be able to meet other people learning and growing with each passing moment. Joining clubs isn't just extra work to do, it is also where you'll learn and grow with other people, learn teamwork or even learn how to lead. It could help you grow as a person where you'll look back and understand where you came from and where you're going to, looking back at all the people who helped you form into what you are.
